English numbered chunks

(Dall-e creation)

This self-describing sequence is the lexicographically earliest of its kind: distinct positive integers and chunks of letters always ending with a precise letter as separator (when the said integers are written in American English):

1,4,6,100,3,5,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,15,16,17,18,19,51,1000,14,40,50,101,20,2,23,106,103,105,200,26,110,60,109,61,25,27,28,29,21,30,33,35,36,37,38,39,53,55,56,57,58,59,63,65,66,67,68,69,70,73,75,76,77,78,79,80,83,85,86,87,88,89,90,93,95,96,97,98,99,300,303,305,306,307,308,309,310,311,312,313,315,316,317,318,319,320,...

The sequence of words is:

One, four, six, one hundred, three, five, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, fifty-one, one thousand, fourteen, forty, fifty, one hundred one, twenty, two, twenty-three, one hundred six, one hundred three, onehundred five, two hundred, twenty-six, one hundred ten, sixty, one hundred nine, sixty-one, twenty-five, twenty-seven, twenty-eight, twenty-nine, twenty-one, thirty, thirty-three, thirty-five, thirty-six, thirty-seven, thirty-eight, thirty-nine, fifty-three, fifty-five, fifty-six, fifty-seven, fifty-eight, fifty-nine, sixty-three, sixty-five, sixty-six, sixty-seven, sixty-eight, sixty-nine, seventy, seventy-three, seventy-five, seventy-six, seventy-seven, ...

If we put a vertical stroke just behind each letter o, we get:

O|ne, fo|ur, six, o|ne hundred, three, five, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, fifty-o|ne, o|ne tho|usand, fo|urteen, fo|rty, fifty, o|ne hundred o|ne, twenty, two|, twenty-three, o|ne hundred six, o|ne hundred three, o|nehundred five, two| hundred, twenty-six, o|ne hundred ten, sixty, o|ne hundred nine, sixty-o|ne, twenty-five, twenty-seven, twenty-eight, twenty-nine, twenty-o|ne, thirty, thirty-three, thirty-five, thirty-six, thirty-seven, thirty-eight, thirty-nine, fifty-three, fifty-five, fifty-six, fifty-seven, fifty-eight, fifty-nine, sixty-three, sixty-five, sixty-six, sixty-seven, sixty-eight, sixty-nine, seventy, seventy-three, seventy-five, seventy-six, seventy-seven, ...

The sequence is self-describing as the sizes of the successive letter-chunks are given by the sequence itself (commas, spaces and hyphens are not counted).

Why was the letter o chosen as a separator? Because any other choice would produce a sequence starting with an integer bigger than 1 (a sequence starting with zero is impossible in English as zero is the only number that contains a z – one zillion is not a real number). The equivalent French sequence beats the English one as z is present in a lot of numbers (zéro, onze, douze, treize, quatorze, quinze, seize, soixante et onze, soixante-douze... – see after Dall-e)
